Job Description

You can make your mark as an HR Advisor at our Abu Dhabi office where we are building a new organisation to support our Business and Projects worldwide. Human Excellence is one of the pillars of the Boskalis Corporate Business plan. Throughout your work as an HR Advisor, it is key to execute your tasks based on the Human Excellence pillars: ‘Performance & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Mobility and Vitality’.

You will carry out your job based on the values of our HR team: cooperation, pro-active, being solution minded, integrity and challenging mindset. You are a highly communicative professional who shows excellent capabilities to manage relationships across all levels of the organization. You initiate, organize and execute tasks. In accordance to the HR values (cooperation, integrity, proactive, solution minded and challenging mindset) you are hands-on and a can-do mentality is of utmost importance

Your responsibilities as an HR advisor are

• Together with the organization and employees, you contribute to the implementation of HR policies and it’s execution.
• You provide solicited and unsolicited advice and feedback to the business unit on HR topics, such as onboarding, performance management and talent management.
• You are involved in various HR projects (in line with the Human Excellence pillars), such diversity and inclusion, internal mobility etc.
• You guide and support the managers with further implementation of key HR processes like talent development, recruitment activities and performance action plans.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR advisor if you have:

• Proven experience as HR advisor in an international company.
• A good command of written and spoken English.
• People oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Proactive and outspoken personality.
• Hands-on approach paired with the ability to work independently.

• Your team: You will be part of the HR team in Abu Dhabi.
• Where you will work: You will work from our beautiful office in Abu Dhabi.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of the HR advisor is a fulltime job.
