Job Description

We're searching for a Vice President, Creative Director. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables.

Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health.

You'll report to the Executive Vice President, Creative Director.

Your Impact:

The role Vice President, Creative Director at Digitas Health requires experience with copywriting or art direction. You have at least ten or more years of experience in an advertising or interactive agency, leading the creative for websites, landing pages, digital marketing and direct marketing.

Large, integrated cross channel campaigns and promotional experience. You must also have solid management experience and come in and develop a creative team.

Qualifications

We ask that you the following qualities:

-10 + years of agency experience with a Copy background

-Pharmaceutical experience is required for this position -The ability to manage and nurture creative talent

-Experience pitching and winning new business -The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively

-The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs

-The availability and commitment to work extra hours to ensure client satisfaction.
