Job Description

The Marketing team at Publicis Sapient have been undergoing an exciting evolution. After rebranding our business 3 years ago, the team restructured into industry verticals. To effectively support our growth in the future, we have been building industry centric marketing strategies, developing thought leadership content aligned to core issues in the Technology, Transportation, and Health verticals, and are evaluating the best tactics and messaging to resonate with firms in these industries as it relates to digital transformation. 

The Senior Marketing Manager - Global Industry Marketing Lead (TMT - Telecom, Media, Technology, T&M - Transportation & Mobility, Health) position oversees strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs. In this position you will be a lead in contributing to the growth and positioning of our organization in a variety of ways, including: 

• Serving as the lead marketing and industry advisor to our industry partners and key stakeholders in the vertical 
• Have a deep understanding of the industries you lead, and how nuances in digital business transformation effect the industries in unique ways. 
• Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of industry marketing initiatives  
• Provide strategic guidance on the best tactics to reach clients and build relationships
• Work holistically across various marketing functional areas (including content, public relations, creative, marketing operations) to provide strategic oversight and guidance on marketing programs 

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth 
• Experience in consulting, B2B marketing, or Health/Transportation/Technology marketing 

The ideal candidate has: 

• Deep understanding of the business issues facing the Automotive, Technology and/or Health industries
• Experience building marketing strategies  
• Experience or interest in B2B marketing (account-based marketing, lead generation) OR experience with marketing at an automotive firm 
• Proven ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization 
• Experience in presenting to or engaging with senior level leaders 

Additional Information

Pay Range: $108,000 - $210,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
