This role is responsible for client relationship on a day-to-day basis, managing junior team members, and owning the understanding of both client and The Community business objectives to create a successful business partnership.
In this role, you will lead the relationship between the agency and the client to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on a variety of ATL + BTL campaigns across traditional, digital and social. Additionally, you will lead client presentations as well as oversee client's ad budget. As VP, Group Account Director, you will be responsible for bringing to life integrated campaigns across traditional channels, digital, mobile and retail. You will provide fertile territory to pioneer innovative creative work. Moreover, you will utilize solid advertising and brand marketing leadership experience on exemplary brands as well as the knowledge, the ideas and the energy to create world class work. Serving as the primary client advisor on strategic marketing and communications, you will manage the relationship with client management, establishing project expectations and negotiating deliverables. You will also be responsible for developing and managing initiatives that grow the client's and the agency's business.
Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $175,000-$220,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
