Job Description

Here’s what we expect from you:

• You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group.
• You win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables.

Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You review and improve results for every piece of creative work your team produces.

The role Creative Director at Digitas Health is a Copywriter role that requires experience with both copywriting or art direction. You have at least ten or more years of experience in a fulling integrated agency.

Qualifications

• 10 + years of agency experience, with an art/design background 
• GLOBAL HCP experience is required for this position 
• Launch and AOR experience 
• The ability to manage and nurture creative talent 
• Experience pitching and winning new business 
• The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively 
• The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs 
• The availability and commitment to work extra hours to ensure client satisfaction
