We are looking for a Group Head of Reporting to join our team based in Chancery Lane. You will manage our UK country financial reporting, planning and compliance for all key reporting cycles.  Your role, will involve managing multiple internal senior stakeholders across our Agencies, working directly with the UK Leadership team, and partnering with our EMEA, Global and Groupe [Paris] colleagues. All this as we collectively look to shape and grow our business in this dynamic industry. 

Job Description

What the role involves

As our Group Head of Reporting, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the accurate and timely reporting by the Agencies in line with all reporting cycles.

You will review submissions and prepare consolidated financials with analysis on UK numbers, alongside building presentations supported by clear commentary telling the story on the financial performance of the Market.

You will be a key member of our UK Group finance team and we are looking for you to participate in setting strategy, monitoring KPIS and metrics, as well as fostering a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, QBE) or similar relevant accounting qualification, with experience working within a fast moving, large matrixed organisation. Experience in advertising or the wider media space would be desirable but not a pre-requisite.

You will be collaborative and proactive with a growth mindset, focused on delivering process efficiencies to maximise our collective business impact. Ideally you will have previous line management experience. You will be an accomplished finance professional with a proven track record of delivering best in class financial reporting and analysis.

You will pride yourself on your strong communications skills to both finance and non-financial people, with experience of business partnering with senior leaders

We would also love the following:

• Hyperion, SAP systems experience an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
• Group experience an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
• A focus on ‘customer service’ – both internally & externally, via a positive, collaborative mindset
• Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment
