Work closely with the Creative team and wider MSL Studio to gain experience in an earned first environment. You will support in various tasks such as ideation, copywriting and art direction. Expect to gain hands on experience whilst learning how to create campaigns from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone that is collaborative. Someone that puts their hand up and is happy to get stuck in. But are also interested in learning from mentors to take and guide their skills to the next level.
Responsibilities & Qualities
Passion for creative. A cracking portfolio of conceptual ideas. Work must demonstrate an ability to experiment and develop authentic creative outputs.
Strong understanding on culture. Must be able to tap into what’s going on in the world we live in.
Media curious. Curious to understand what gets the news. The ideas we produce must earn coverage and have social relevance.
People person. Comfortable working as a team and taking part in workshops and client meetings. Able to flex and work within any industry, with any type of client.
Independent thinker.
Constantly curious and able to challenge a brief with new thinking and progressive ideas.
