We are seeking a bright, articulate, and motivated individual who is not only confident in running meetings with stakeholders but also keen on delivering effective people initiatives. If you've been an HR Assistant, or Advisor and are ready for more challenging ER casework and projects, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with employees and managers across various departments
• Coach and train managers to enhance their people management skills
• Manage and track Employee Relations issues, ensuring compliance with legislation
• Support organisational restructures, TUPE processes, and redundancies
• Update policies and processes in line with legislation
• Drive performance management standards across departments
• Contribute to Talent initiatives and change projects
• Ensure seamless onboarding and probation processes
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee feedback
• Gather and present talent mapping data

Qualifications

• CIPD Qualified or similar qualification (or working towards)
• Excellent employment law knowledge
• Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Continuous personal and professional development
• Previous experience in a similar industry (preferred but not essential)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
