Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our core team here at Digitas! You'll help us increase our value by attracting, engaging, and converting new clients and build brand equity for our agency!

Sat within the growth team, you'll promote our agency image, bringing excellent communication and commercial skills to the table! 

This is a great role for someone with good experience agency side in a B2B focussed marketing role, who is ready to take ownership of an agencies outward identity!

What you'll be doing:

• Create, plan and execute a clear strategy for all of Digitas' marketing activities, to raise brand awareness
• Bring ideas to the table for new marketing campaigns, leading on campaign execution & reporting 
• Enhance client perception of our business and differentiate us in the market from our competitors
• Own our social channels, bringing a human and playful TOV to our posts
• Drive employer brand presence and content across digital and social channels
• Implement and run systems, processes and ways of working to support all marketing activities and foster collaboration across teams
• Be the go-to person for upcoming awards, events & ceremonies in the marketplace

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within a digital agency setting
• Great communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• A strong team player who can also work independently, as well as with a wider team
• Experience hosting events, writing award entries and good overall knowledge of upcoming events 
• Experience running social channels, copywriting for social & owning TOV (LinkedIn & Instagram focussed)
• Understanding of the digital agency market

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
