Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Director to join our advertising and marketing agency. The Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of marketing and advertising projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The Project Director will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage marketing and advertising projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop customized marketing and advertising solutions that align with their goals
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and production, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee project budgets and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget
• Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal teams on a regular basis
• Identify and resolve any project issues or challenges in a timely manner
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals and presentations

Qualifications

• Solid experience in marketing and advertising project management
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
