Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Marketing Manager to help us increase our value by attracting, engaging, and converting new clients and build brand equity for our agency. 

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Growth team at Digitas, to promote and represent the agency and help manage our opportunities across the pipeline.  Ideally, the candidate will have worked in a digital agency before.

Excellent communication and commercial skills are key, as is an eye for design and detail and an ability to work under pressure when required.  Adaptability, organisational skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and execute a clearly definied strategy of all marketing activities that will help achieve our business objectives and priorities as well as building our brand awareness.
  • Generating ideas and highlight opportunities for new marketing campaigns.
  • Lead all campaign execution including measuring and reporting.
  • Enhance client perception of our business and differentiate us in the market from our competitors
  • Develop and drive campaigns to support the sales teams to support our pipeline including, events, social media and digital execution, case study creation and developing and maintaining client-facing collateral
  • Enable the business to help grow client relationships and conversations via all marketing channels.
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities for account-based marketing requirements across a set of key strategic accounts using account intelligence to deliver personalised campaigns designed to engage each account
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to support the TA/People team to engage, attract and retain talent ensuring our brand values are properly reflected at all touchpoints (e.g. throughout campaigns,collateral and events).
  • Drive employer brand presence and content across digital and social channels
  • Implement and run systems, processes and ways of working to support all marketing acitivities and foster collaboration across teams
  • Champion collaboration between leadership and marketing as well as across the company
  • Deliver cost-efficient marketing campaigns including message development, creating marketing assets, digital and social media outreach
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programmes by applying best practice techniques and bringing innovation.

Qualifications

  • You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated and a problem solver
  • You have great communication skills
  • You have a strong commercial acumen
  • Ideally, you have worked in a digital agency before
  • You have strong PowerPoint skills
  • You have great organisational skills, with a focus on detail
  • You are recognised as a team player, able to work independently but also, with a wider team
  • You are able to work effectively under pressure and manage senior stakeholders
  • You have the ability creative approaches to solutions or inspire new ways of thinking to the work

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
