Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic Account Manager with a proven track record in B2B/B2C account management within a creative agency setting? Publicis Poke is searching for a talented individual to lead one of our largest client accounts, contributing to both brand and sales activation initiatives. This role offers a dynamic and multifaceted experience, shaping impactful campaigns for a global client.

What You'll Be Up To:

As the Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our integrated team, engaging with two key teams. One team will focus on delivering paid-for media assets, while the other will concentrate on creating and delivering sales materials and toolkits for product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

🌐 Project Management Hub:

  • Oversee day-to-day projects as the hub of the account team, ensuring alignment with deadlines.
  • Proactively manage potential issues, set client and internal expectations, and implement contingency plans.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster trust through transparent communication and consistent delivery in client relationships.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Forge robust relationships across internal departments, gaining a thorough understanding of their work.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy team, articulating strategies for handled brands.

Passion for Creativity:

  • Exhibit a passion for the creative product, with a keen sense of best-in-class creativity and results.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a creative agency setting.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and results.
