Qualifications

  • Execution Excellence: Ensure perfect, on-time delivery by working closely with project management to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate issues, think ahead, and create contingency plans. Challenge appropriately to bring out the best work, demonstrating initiative.
  • Relationship Builders: Establish strong, likable, and trustworthy relationships with clients. Act as the voice of the client within the agency and vice versa. Forge internal relationships through honesty, clarity, and a passion for the work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of medical know-how and craft skills related to the relevant channels. Keep knowledge up-to-date and know when to engage experts or handle technical/medical conversations independently.
  • Strategic Planning: Foresee potential problems, embodying a "glass half empty" approach. Take responsibility, check and recheck to ensure smooth operations.
  • Commercial Savvy: Understand financial aspects, accurately report on financial information, and maintain control over WIP, debtors, and hours. Take charge of day-to-day billing and collaborate on income forecasting. Fearlessly discuss cost implications with clients.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
