Are you a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect with a experience of the nCino platform? Your Impact

As a Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect (nCino), your role goes beyond traditional architectural responsibilities. You'll be the visionary, deciphering the puzzle pieces of our clients' business requirements and crafting masterful solutions. Your creativity in problem-solving and exceptional listening skills will be the cornerstones of your success in this role.

• Identify how a client's architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice.
• Understand business and technical requirements, translating them into innovative technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches leveraging innovative technology.
• Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information to support Publicis Sapient and clients' projects.
• Lead the review and creation of an information systems strategy.
• Develop enterprise-grade architecture and processes, maximizing the value of Salesforce.com application technology.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technological direction.
• Collaborate in developing and enforcing Publicis Sapients' set of architecture and development libraries and whitepapers.
• Set standards for programming tools and techniques, advising on their application and compliance.
• Support project managers in all stages of the software development process.
• Assign work through the correct communication channels to technical consultants, monitoring performance and advising, guiding, and assisting.

Qualifications

Your skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with recent expertise with the nCino platform
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong listening and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of business and technical requirements, with the ability to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in developing and enforcing architectural standards and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical consultants, ensuring optimal team performance.

Set yourself apart with

• Design and development experience with Salesforce software platforms such as nCino and programming languages.
• Examples of where you have striven for product stability by balancing the optimal amounts of Salesforce configuration and custom code to solutions.
• Examples of re-using custom-built frameworks in Salesforce to save time, cost or reduce risk including creation of Accelerators.
