Job Description

We are looking for a rock star planning manager to join the Mondelez account.

The successful candidate will be joining a blossoming team working across Philadelphia, Cadbury Fingers, Belvita and more!

The “Bakery and Meals” side of the business encompasses all things biscuit, cracker and cheese – need we say more? Philadelphia is moving from strength to strength after launching their “You’ve Got a Friend in Philly” platform last year and winning awards for their Cost of Living campaign. 2024 is shaping up to include big name partnerships and always on collaboration across Paid, Owned and Earned. The successful candidate will also be working across the Cadbury biscuit portfolio including the eternally loved Cadbury Fingers. Following on from the first ever national anthem in British Sign Language at Chelsea FC, we are currently exploring the exciting opportunities for the future of “Sign with Fingers” and how this can be brought to life through media. On the healthy side of things, Belvita gives back to the community with their “Give a Smile” campaign, where innovation around engagement is key!

As Planning Account Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth planning and running of campaigns, as well as contributing to on-going strategic projects. The understanding of context and continual analysis of how consumption patterns emerge is fundamental to effective and innovative campaign creation.  This role allows an individual to work with industry leading strategists to develop category leading solutions.  With the support of the wider planning team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects in a fast-paced environment. Your role is key to continually building our great client relationships and the evolution of our award-winning campaigns. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong experience in comms planning with knowledge of all media channels, including digital.
  • Strong working ability with key planning and insight tools, such as TGI, Ad Dynamix etc. 
  • You will have worked on a large client (in terms of billings) and have experience managing multiple projects in a busy environment.
  • An interest in innovation and development in the marketplace is a must. 

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
