About the Role
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Product, you will spearhead the development of our product’s core value propositions and key selling points, ensuring they resonate with our target audiences. Your role is pivotal in translating marketing strategies and industry-focused initiatives into impactful programs that support sales pipeline activities, deal closures, and overall company growth. You will be instrumental in operationalizing our internal marketing communications and developing repeatable, scalable processes to effectively train sales teams and implement continuous sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Development of Core Value Propositions: Create and refine the core messaging and selling points of Dialpad products to ensure they align with market needs and corporate objectives.
  • Translate Marketing Initiatives: Convert broad marketing and industry-focused strategies into specific, actionable programs that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Operationalize Marketing Communications: Streamline internal communication processes within the marketing department to enhance efficiency and clarity.
  • Process Development: Build and standardize repeatable, scalable processes for training sales teams, facilitating ongoing sales education and engagement through always-on sales plays and programs in coordination with Sales Enablement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster consensus, alignment, and engagement across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales and Product. 
  • Messaging and Positioning: Work with the Marketing and Product teams to lead the strategy and execution of messaging and positioning for target personas in collaboration with global Go-to-Market teams, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on product communications within a tech-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features into compelling marketable content.
  • Experience in creating strategic marketing content that translates into measurable business results.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and align on common goals.
