About the role:
We're seeking a BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, dedicated to leveraging data analytics for effective problem-solving. Within our team, we develop dashboards supporting data-driven decisions across Vistar Media - utilizing data visualization tools and custom SQL for data transformation. Additionally, we create and maintain reports based on internal requests, ensuring alignment with their visualization needs through close collaboration.
As a BI Analyst, your role centers on analyzing stakeholder requirements, conducting thorough data analysis, and providing actionable insights. 

What you’ll do:

• Conduct detailed data analysis for different departments of the company
• Craft compelling and actionable insights utilizing a variety of robust data sets
• Assist in reporting business metrics to key stakeholders
• Introduce innovative metrics to enhance different facets of our operations
• Work cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders as you quantify initiative impacts and refine reporting mechanisms for scalability and optimization

What experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Past internship experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Information Systems
• Experience working in Excel
• Experience working with Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Sigma Computing, etc.

At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary.  Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is $75,000 - $80,000, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City and CA may vary.The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
