Job Descrption
- A highly motivated and organized Finance Coordinator to join our growing Finance Shared Services team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the smooth operation of the finance function
- Providing administrative support to the finance share services department.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice data entry, coding, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to established accounting principles.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with the month-end closing process, including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports as needed, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, customers, and accounting teams.
- Adhere to internal control procedures and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Education and Certification
- Familiarity with ERP Systems (Preferably oracle)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance (Completed)
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on corporate timings from 08:30 to 05:30.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
