Job Descrption
Preparing and reviewing indirect procurement contracts in collaboration with respective stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver indirect procurement contracts in accordance with NMC Procurement policies.
- Manage and mitigate financial, legal commercial and reputational risks.
- Design commercial models including (not limited to) performance and financial
- Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate indirect procurement contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
- Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestion to improve it as in when needed
- Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure.
- Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services are in compliance to contract requirements and to UAE laws
- Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to assure sufficient funds are available to pay contractor
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial focus
- Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
Experience
- 6-7 years of experience working with contracts or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
