ABOUT THE FUNCTION

The Guest Services function for Sky View engages in providing exceptional experience to visitors, promoting Dubai as a visitor destination, driving great guest satisfaction and customer experience across activities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 2 years of Customer facing role experience including cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer/Guest Service experience gained preferably in a hospitality or retail environment. Need at a minimum to join the team.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s from a recognized University/College.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

• Providing exceptional service, resulting in positive customer experience.
• Managing tours and hosting activities, ticket sales, crowd control and lift operations.
• Displays an active understanding of landmarks, attractions, visitor activities in Dubai as a tourist destination and proactively promoting the same and At the Top – Burj Khalifa and its other products and services to create up-sell opportunities.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct, Health, Safety and Security procedures including Evacuation and Emergency.
