Kaizen, a leading real estate development and management company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate at Kaizen, you will play a key role in helping to promote our brand and properties through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote our brand and properties.
- Create engaging and creative content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media platforms, and advertisements.
- Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as property launches and open houses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage and maintain the company's website and ensure it is updated with the latest information and visuals.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing collateral and support their efforts in generating leads and closing deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in using graphic design software and content management systems.
- Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and track marketing performance.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
