Manchester Office, Full Time 12 month contract with potential to be extended.
The Organisation:
This role is located in our Manchester office 3 days a week and will report to the Director of Creative. The Marketing organization consists of five teams; Communications, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Developer Engagement, Partner Alliances and Demand Generation. Creative Services is currently embedded in the Demand Generation team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and solutions for both print and digital media.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Design user interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes for digital platforms using Figma, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to enhance design projects.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with digital prototyping tools such as Figma is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Strong digital portfolio demonstrating all of the above.
