We’re looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If you’re obsessed with social media, geek out over content performance, and like digging into online conversations to uncover insights, then we want to talk to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop POVs on how to participate in conversations around trends and cultural moments that resonate with clients’ customers and communities
Identify trends and help create content in response when fitting with client goals
Mine for and cultivate conversation from online communities across owned and outside channels
Provide qualitative analysis around brand sentiment and community feedback
Help develop content briefs to kick off internal creative teams
Work to own and manage editorial calendars
Collaborate in partnership with creative, media and channel planning teams to bring ideas to life in the digital space
Compile social performance reports for internal review and client review
Interpret data dashboards (when available) and advise agency and client teams on any necessary actions teams should take in response to business opportunities or threats
Ability to thoroughly QA content decks from creative and prior to going live
Occasional community management responsibilities, including building relationships with the audience, addressing conflict or pain points when needed, and proactively searching for opportunities to surprise and delight community members
Occasional content publishing responsibilities
Occasional need to confidently present in front of clients
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant social media and/or content writing experience, agency experience preferred
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Proven experience managing a brand’s social channels and measuring success
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize and be adaptable to change
Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on projects
Impeccable attention to detail
Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown
