Essential Job Functions 

• Strong knowledge of UK import/export operations and regulations
• Strong knowledge of AOG and other Time Critical services / solutions
• Support the Time Critical Operations in EMEA with department operations to ensure that operations staff execute service agreements at or above the client’s standards.
• Strong working knowledge of domestic and international regulatory compliance laws and regulations related to the supply chain and transportation industry.
• Maximise profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client and global colleagues.
• Follows revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
• Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors to maximize profitability.
• Work with CWW partners and agents to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance in line with company and industry policies.
• Committed to training and development through internal and external sources.
• Timely and thorough adherence to Appraisal processes
• KPI adherence – DNI / LNR / Cost Accuracy / ROTP
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Aviation Security 
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling 
• Understanding FCPA regulations
• Understanding of International Trade Regulations
• 3 years industry experience at a similar level

 Certifications & Licences 

• Educated to a high standard.
• Relevant industry certification to support the necessary skills required for the role.
