About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to lead our marketing and growth efforts at GluCare. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall growth strategy for GluCare, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and offline marketing.
• Analyze and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new growth opportunities and innovative marketing strategies.

1. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
2. Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and features that drive user growth and engagement.
3. Develop and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support growth initiatives.
4. Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 6-10 years of experience in driving growth and managing successful marketing team.
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
