We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist who specializes in social media and influencer marketing to help lead all our influencer campaigns. The Influencer Creative Strategist creates audience-first, compelling ideas, and content programs across popular platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, YouTube as well as emerging platforms. The candidate must be detail-oriented and should have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, owning schedules and status updates, and trafficking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they implement and execute efficient processes and passionately level up our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement campaign ideas for influencer and creator activations across our portfolio of clients/partners
• Own content proposals for creative ideas that include industry research, goals, themes, audience insights, creative ideas, and tools to implement the concepts.
• Work closely with our social media team to develop ideas with real-time trend information across all social platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with our Influencer team to strategize around creators that elevate our partner’s brand objectives.
• Listen to, identify, and understand the needs and asks of Influencers/Creators with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions
• Negotiate deals and put together contracts
• Help identify new social channels for Influencer content
• Provide weekly updates and reports for status meetings
• Execute campaigns from start to finish, from prospecting creators to content execution
• Upload and organize final content so all teams cross functionally can utilize
• Create new iterations on influencer content for our digital channels

Requirements

• You’re OBSESSED WITH TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms and know all the trends & what performs well on each platform
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, and prominent cultural conversations
• 2-4+ years of experience in a creative/social media marketing role at creative agencies, or for in-house brands
• A deep passion for influencer and branded content
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for catching errors
• You’re a self-starter who can work well independently but you’re also a team player 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in creating influencer briefs, and building out content calendars
• Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends/platforms (Threads, Lemon8, BeReal etc)
• Highly proactive, as well as detail and solution oriented
• Quick-learner who takes direction and feedback well
• Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker
• Skilled content creator who is knowledgeable on video editing software like premiere pro, after effects, and capcut 
• Proficient with social media & influencer scheduling/prospecting tools
• Experience taking projects from concept through activation
• Strong art direction and brand strategy experience
• Deep understanding of storytelling across varied social formats
• Very organized, able to manage multiple projects for multiple brands simultaneously
• Collaborative, passionate, and team player with a low ego
• A great sense of humor
