This role as an English-Speaking Account Development Executive at OpenText is not just a job; it's an opportunity to drive transformative change. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Spearhead outbound prospecting efforts to uncover and develop new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to the expansion of our client base and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to develop territory strategies, nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Elevate Customer Experience: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to identify their pain points and demonstrate how OpenText solutions can address their unique challenges, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Innovate Sales Strategies: Continuously explore innovative approaches to prospecting and lead generation, harnessing the power of social media, video engagement, and other digital platforms to connect with prospects and drive engagement.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers to share insights, best practices, and success stories, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Account Development team.
  • Impact Organizational Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and success of OpenText by consistently exceeding targets, driving pipeline acceleration, and delivering tangible results that position us as a leader in the industry.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and articulate value propositions to prospects, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and business development processes, with a passion for driving sales outcomes.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable leveraging digital tools and platforms for prospecting and engagement, including Salesforce.com and social media channels.
  • Motivated and Creative Mindset: Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to explore new ideas and strategies.
  • Results-Oriented Attitude: Driven by a desire to achieve and exceed targets, with a track record of delivering measurable results in a sales or business development role.

 

Salary Statement

Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
