JOB PURPOSE

  • To attract and select candidates to fill Active & Passive Candidate positions   
  • To manage the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities and ensure that agreed metrics are met and adhered to   
  • 12 months maternity cover from mid June 2024 - mid June 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations 

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey. This includes but is not limited to;  

  • Effectively attract, source and match candidates to positions   

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Recruitment experience within an established internal and/or external recruitment function  

  • A clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own discipline. 

  • Expert sourcing skills with experience in managing multiple searches either inhouse or within agency  

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Delivery of 120+ passive and active candidate vacancies per year (depending on role)  

  • Talent Acquisition Pace, Accuracy and Quality metrics  

  • Delivery of effective talent pools and market maps
