MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Lead and develop a high performance management team that can effectively and efficiently execute the operational strategy and sustainably grow and develop the business in line with the strategic direction of the company
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide leadership and guidance to the management team
Drive sustainable business development and growth
Build sustainable and productive strategic business relations with key internal and external stakeholders
Provide operational leadership through the implementation of relevant business strategies, plans and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of strategic objectives
Manage and monitor business unit capital and operational budgets and related financial performance
Implement and monitor governance, risk and compliance measures related to patient safety and regulatory requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant post graduate degree in Business
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years' senior leadership experience in healthcare
Senior leadership experience in UAE healthcare will be an advantage
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Application of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principles
- Commercial awareness
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Patient Journey
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of clinical matters and health and safety principles
- Marketing principles and best practice
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and systems
- UAE healthcare industry
- UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
