Puig is a major player in the worldwide fashion and beauty industry. We have a wide portfolio of well-known luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. Our brand portfolio consists of, Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Dries Van Noten, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Nina Ricci, Byredo, Penhaligons, L’Artisan Perfumery and many more. We are currently looking for a Lead MUA to join our Rabanne Team in our London Selfrides store.

What you'll get to do...

1. Animation Calendar Ownership:
   • Take ownership and responsibility for the brand’s animation calendar. This involves planning and coordinating makeup-related events, launches, and promotions throughout the year.
   • Collaborate closely with the business manager and the regional makeup artist to align the animation calendar with business goals and brand strategies.
2. Coaching and Team Development:
   • Lead and mentor the MUA team, ensuring they deliver exceptional makeup services.
   • Provide coaching and development to enhance the team’s skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Key Trading Day Looks and Events:
   • Work closely with stakeholders to create makeup looks for key trading days. These may include special occasions, product launches, or seasonal events.
   • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure makeup aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
4. Best Practice Implementation:
   • Drive best practices across the makeup services offered by the brand.
   • Continuously evaluate and improve makeup application techniques, hygiene standards, and client interactions.
   • Optimize processes to maximize productivity without compromising quality.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in professional makeup artistry, including experience as a lead MUA or similar role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Business Acumen: Understand the business context and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Creativity: Stay updated on makeup trends and adapt them to the brand’s image.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and peak trading times.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
