What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication UAE, you will supervise the events strategy and control its implementation, as well as fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the strategic plan for events, editions, and visual merchandising projects. You will ensure all projects are achieved on time, on budget, and within the Maison’s standards. In this function:
- You will lead and oversee the development, organization, execution & results of all events across the network, and enrich the Maison strategy with new ideas/proposals, based on local business knowledge
- You will elaborate a VM action plan for the UAE market, anticipate needs, and implement associated projects once they are validated via region by HQ while ensuring that VM guidelines and rotation animation plans are applied in the full network (physical & online)
- You will manage, coach, and inspire the direct team members by being able to prioritize the workload and offer ongoing development opportunities
