We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing team. This is a growing team, therefore the Head of Marketing will be very hands on, and enjoy managing a wide variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive global marketing initiatives, with a focus on demand generation, events, brand building, and enterprise B2B marketing. This role requires a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will work closely with, and report into our Co-Founder & CEO on marketing strategy to ensure the business goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns and programs that resonate with our target audience.

  • Analyse and optimise marketing campaigns for effectiveness and ROI.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with business goals, including industry conferences, webinars, and product launches.

  • Leverage events to build relationships with key stakeholders and generate leads.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Be up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities

  • Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Implement lead generation programs to capture and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Define and maintain the brand's tone of voice to create a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

  • Drive brand awareness through various channels, including PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.

  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives targeting enterprise-level clients.

  • Build out a marketing function over the next 12 months and manage a small team

You will have

  • Proven experience in a global senior marketing role with a focus on demand generation and B2B marketing. (preferably UK and US experience)

  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Previous experience managing a small team of at least 2- 3 marketers

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
