We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing Government US software solutions team supporting our productivity solutions including HighQ and Document Automation. This role will support our sales channel across the US, by delivering dynamic HighQ demonstrations to Government agencies, scoping projects and writing Statements of Work, and then executing on that project with the customer.

You will be expected to become a HighQ expert and evangelist, understanding your clients' needs in depth and building strategic relationships with key contacts at all levels across their business. You will be responsible to educate and explain to prospects how to use the HighQ platform from a solution point of view. You will also be helping to solve the technology problems government legal organizations are facing the most, by educating agencies on new product updates and features, as they are released. You will work alongside our other client facing teams and play a key part in client events, user groups and marketing initiatives, including speaking, demoing and talking about our solutions confidently and in detail.

The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $147,000 - $273,000. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
