This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office. No one makes cross-channel TV advertising as simple, transparent, or effective as Simulmedia. For over a decade, we have helped marketers, agencies, publishers, and studios build awareness, inspire action, and find untapped viewers across channels. And we’re just getting started. We seek a Product Designer to help us build and scale our end-to-end TV platform, enabling advertisers and media owners to reach audiences across all screens and devices where TV content is consumed. To deliver a great user experience and delight our customers, the Product Designer will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Responsibilities● Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.● Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.● Actively participate in design discovery activities to help define products, features, and user requirements.● Help define and develop a single underlying Design System that unifies the user experience across all products and platforms.● Responsible for leveraging the Simulmedia Design System and brand guidelines while crafting user-centric solutions in an Agile product development environment.Qualifications● 3+ years of professional experience in Product UX Design.● Portfolio and work samples including branding, user-centered design skills, visualizations of complex experiences such as flows, scenarios, personas, etc. (any fidelity), sketches to mid-fidelity interactions (show your process), and clickable prototypes (any fidelity).● Experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.● Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet customer needs and vision.● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customers.● Experience collaborating effectively with Product Management and Engineering in agile and lean delivery methodologies.● Proficient in Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch is our preferred concepting tool).● Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.● A robust design aesthetic and experience building Design Systems is a plus.● Brand and Visual Design experience is preferred.● Ability to work 11 am - 8 pm EEST
