Job Description

The CRM team seeking a motivated CRM Intern to join our dynamic team, supporting the CRM Masterclass program with logistics, documentation, and ad-hoc reporting. This role will primarily support the day-to-day responsibilities of the CRM DTC Manager. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in managing customer relationships and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the CRM Manager in day-to-day activities and assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support filming activations for the CRM Masterclass program.
• Assist in the creation and execution of Masterclass content and filming logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain Masterclass filming and go-live schedule; gather and analyze customer information for strategic decision-making.
• Help identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through CRM initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for CRM tools and platforms.
• Contribute to the documentation for CRM Masterclass processes/reports.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Beauty and Fashion Livestreaming a plus.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $20/hour.
