This is a very exciting and challenging role, as you will be joining the growing team tasked with leading the future growth of ekar. Customers can subscribe to a car through the ekar app on a monthly basis, with free delivery and pickup.
The Sales Coordinator will work with local stakeholders; such as operations, marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed. You will also be tasked with managing the relationship with our car rental partners to ensure they are following proper processes and procedures, negotiating competitive pricing, and dealing with issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Enhancing and building strong relationship with the internal and external stakeholders from different departments; maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and teams
Facilitate and/or oversee specialized processes; Develop and modify internal communication with the different stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of project plans, status reports and process flows
Hit the monthly/annual target numbers and ensure all forecasting, budgeting and planning is delivering on our objectives.
Accountability, management and reconciliation of the revenue and SOA on a monthly basis.
Standardization of Subscription program vehicle prices in collaboration with the stakeholders.
Develop effective account management and subscription renewal plans.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and vendor relationships.
Constantly seeking out opportunities to grow the Subscription program customers organically and plan strategies to retain the customers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various departments - determine eligibility, assess needs and administer procedures, respond to different inquiries and provide information, facilitate and document changes based on the knowledge and understanding of related procedures.
Circulate various requirements to different stakeholders and ensuring their timely submission; Laisse and follow up between the various teams involved in the process.
Qualifications / Experience
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Strong skills in the independent investigation and evaluation of data, which will be used for various operating reports, and internal managerial reports
Strong collaborative and customer focused skills, with an eagerness to work with and support colleagues in an open, information-sharing environment
Reliable and committed personality with a high integrity to deal with confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Show flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of the importance of policies and procedures
Experience in the car rental industry is a benefit, but not required.
