Job Description

As the Marketing Director at Rixos Hotels, you will lead our brand's marketing efforts to thrive in the dynamic and competitive hospitality landscape. You are tasked with crafting innovative strategies that enhance our brand's visibility, engage our target audience, and drive revenue growth across all platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Mastery: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to increase online visibility and direct bookings.

E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximise online bookings, revenue and incremental revenue opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies, understand customer behavior, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Brand Management: Elevate the Rixos brand by maintaining consistent messaging and aesthetics across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure brand alignment with our luxury, quality, and exceptional service values.

Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with our audience, highlighting our unique offerings and experiences.

Innovative Campaigns: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels.

Influencer Marketing: Leverage influencer partnerships to amplify our brand presence and engage target demographics across various platforms.

PR & Communications: Manage public relations and communications, ensuring brand consistency and positive media coverage.

Social Media Marketing: Engage audiences across platforms with compelling content. Have a through understanding of which piece of content to performs on which channel.

Partnership and Collaboration: Forge strategic alliances with tourism boards, travel agencies, and online travel agencies (OTAs) to enhance market penetration and guest experiences.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team capable of executing strategies effectively. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior to keep Rixos Hotels at the forefront of the hospitality market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
