Take over a key role as a Exclusive Partner Operations Executive in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 

 What we expect from you:

• Own and manage the flow of bookings and provide  a cohesive booking experience for our customer throughout the process
• Optimize operational daily activities, monitor performance of partners, and drive business growth
• Support business operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Identify improvement opportunities in exclusive operation and implement measures
• Manage proactively, control and monitor activities against our Stakeholder Relationship
• Maintain records of the stakeholders’ requests and the associated feedback
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to partner and customer queries, received via phone and/or email

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 1-2 years of Customer Service or OPS experience and a background in handling booking schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to understand an individual's motivations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills, enabling stakeholder knowledge to be effectively disseminated and shared within the team
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Detail oriented with strong data analysis skills and a proficiency in utilizing Google tools to support data-driven decision-making and optimize performance
