PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS ONLY
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Arrange for site visit schedules by liaising with Customer / contractor
- Wherever site visit required for Property Valuations
- Visit and verify the site status and report it to the Senior Manager
- Progress Payment request from contractor & verify the documents as per requirements
- Preparing MIS for site visit/Home Finance deals
- In case of customer/contractor disputes to take necessary action to solve the issue
- Issue any legal Notification to Contractor wherever it is required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years in Constructional contracts documentations experience.
- Knowledge of contractor payments
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Well experienced in operating Excel/ Access & Word
- Multilingual
