Job Descrption
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Power User for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. This role requires an expert level of understanding in Business Central and will act as a consultant within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth support and guidance on MS D365 Business Central to all users within the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for users, offering solutions and workarounds for both basic and complex queries.
- Possess the capability to instruct users on specific actions and processes within D365 Business Central.
- When necessary, collaborate with programmers to develop and implement system enhancements and solutions.
- Manage and support team members, ensuring effective use of Business Central and addressing all support-related issues.
- Analyze and interpret both routine and complex user questions, providing comprehensive support and problem-solving.
- Maintain psychological resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience with MS D365 Business Central as a user and consultant.
- Proven ability to handle support queries ranging from simple to highly complex.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to work both on-site.
- Psychological resilience to manage high-pressure situations and diverse user inquiries.
