• Prepare and distribute regular reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation to investors.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights that may impact investor decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and communications, to ensure alignment in investor-related activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the organization's financial performance, growth strategies, and value proposition.
• Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure the organization's investor relations practices comply with legal requirements.
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to the executive team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
