Job Description
Job Description: The remote SDR will spearhead our efforts in generating new business leads, engaging potential clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for technology, ready to make a significant impact from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and networking, building a robust pipeline of leads.
- Outreach: Engage prospects through various channels, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of each prospect to determine compatibility with our services.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for prospects with the sales team, facilitating a seamless lead transition.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales team to refine strategies and approaches based on market insights.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed predefined targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, IT sector preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
