Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Global Ventures, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and digital marketing strategies. Your work will directly contribute to our brand's growth, online engagement, and the successful promotion of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in Strategy Development: Support in creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, encompassing social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
Social Media Management: Manage, coordinate and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Design: Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Implement SEO and SEM best practices to increase traffic and visibility.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital and social media marketing metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, adjusting as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to ensure a cohesive brand message and support the marketing needs of our portfolio companies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of agency experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience and excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
