Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding goals.
• Professional Level of English, extra EU language will be an asset.
• Experience in Real Estate, or Development/ Construction Companies.
• Located already in Dubai, holder of Visa | Residence Card.
• Valid Driver's Licence for Dubai.
