Collection & Credit Management Duties : Ensure timely credit collections of all outstanding payments Improve efficiency in cash collection activities and reduce bad debt exposure Review status of aged and delinquent accounts on a weekly basis. Reviews all credit or financing requests, processes information, performs credit investigations and approves/disapproves credit with any related terms, conditions or limits. Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure all debtors accounts are reconciled regularly. Resolve credit-related disputes and issues in a diplomatic and constructive manner Engage in negotiations with customers to agree on favorable credit terms while balancing the company's risk exposure. Maintain high motivation around the team and a self-starter. Provide detailed monthly and weekly reporting to Sales Leaders to the Leadership team, as required. Maintain and improve documentation of procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice. candidate requirments : Bachelor Degree in Accounting , Finance or busniess adminstration English Proficiency. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role or experience , preferably on regional / Global company . Strong Knowledge in credit concepts and the way we calculate them such as , DSO , ACP , ECL , Bad debt. Knowledge in IFRS and accounting principles Familiar with using Software such as SAP & Cargowise is prefered . Strong knowledge in using Microsoft excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of credit laws and regulations.Company Overview:
