B2B Customer Relations Manager (E-Commerce Focus)
Responsibilities:
Leading an E-Commerce Key Account Team of 3 people - Develop and execute strategies.
Existing B2B Partnership development (in tandem with our sales teams)
Customer Success – maximize customer satisfaction and drive growth initiatives - optimize current internal and external processes.
Successful Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with other department (Sales, Logistics, Finance.)
Provide consulting services to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer relations management.
Analyzing Data and developing potential growth strategies
Presentations for Meetings with Business Partners
Facilitation in customer-related topics where more departments are involved.
Close cooperation with the BESTSELLER brands, the teammates, and the Commercial Director & Finance Manager
Logistic Facilitator – link between B2B partner & Logistic Department
Coordinate & solve cross-brands questions or challenges.
Regular Routine Meetings with existing Key Partners and other departments
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce Buying/Planning, B2B Wholesale or Business Development – Fashion Industry Experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills – presentations and leading a meeting are often on the agenda.
Very structured way of working
Advanced Excel Skills
Resilient and mature Personality with a strong “doer quality”
Proactive and flexible way of handling daily tasks
Middle East experience is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or sales management
Motivated, flexible personality with a hands-on mentality
English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus.
Accurate and goal-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as customer-oriented way of working
