Keolis-MHI, a subsidiary composed of Keolis (70%), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engineering (MHI) (25%) and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) (5%), has been awarded by Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) a 9-year contract, with a possible 6-year extension, to operate and maintain Dubai’s world-class metro and operate the tram network from 8 September 2021. Through its 1,850 committed employees trained to the highest standards, Keolis-MHI will enhance the passenger experience and raise their expectations in terms of Health & Safety, Service & Performance and Innovation & Digital, to make the Dubai metro and tram system a world-class public transport service.

Context

Working under the supervision of the Head of Planning and Performance of Keolis MHI, you will coordinate the improvements and change of the operation department.

Missions
 
Your main missions will be to:

• Coordinate the definition and implementation of leading KPIs of Operation department
• Coordinate event preparation and record all associated cost
• Support KIHO deployment program on the tram (KIHO: Continuous improvement approach of operational practices)
• Support others operation department when needed as PMO
• Support on self assessment from the group and coordinate the outcomes action plans

The position will be based in Dubai.

Profile

• You have a master’s degree in engineering
• You have experience in project management, coordination, and reporting)
  Ideally you have an experience as a PMO
• You are proficient Excel and Power BI    
• You have knowledge in transportation (mainly metro and tram)
• You are fluent in English
• You are known to be proactive, curious, a good communicator, pedagogue and autonomous
