Keolis-MHI, a subsidiary composed of Keolis (70%), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engineering (MHI) (25%) and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) (5%), has been awarded by Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) a 9-year contract, with a possible 6-year extension, to operate and maintain Dubai’s world-class metro and operate the tram network from 8 September 2021. Through its 1,850 committed employees trained to the highest standards, Keolis-MHI will enhance the passenger experience and raise their expectations in terms of Health & Safety, Service & Performance and Innovation & Digital, to make the Dubai metro and tram system a world-class public transport service. Dubai Metro is one of the world's longest driverless metro network with a route length of 75 kilometres and the Red Line, at 52.1 kilometres (32.4 mi), remains the world's longest driverless single metro line.

Context

Working under the supervision of the Head Strategic Delivery of Keolis MHI you will centralize planning and implement continuous improvement.

Missions

Your main missions will be:

• Assisting strategic management in the deployment / monitoring of various projects such as: Continuous improvement and performance monitoring.
• Take charge of the KIHM project deployed since 2021 and follow up on the measurement of sustainability.
• Monitoring the KPIs already in place and creating ad hoc indicators that can be used to analyse a temporary situation, understand the root causes and draw up a corresponding action plan. Be in a position to deploy action plans within the technical teams (possible night work).
• Support rituals in the Teams with the coaching grid with the Lean methodology
• Support the self assessment of the group and ad hoc Standards
• Participate to the life of the subsidiary with its rules and respect of the cultural life rituals

50% on the field (workshops/ civil / track/ system areas…)

The VIE will be based in Dubai.

Profile

You have: 

• A master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a specialization in continuous improvement preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in production or public transportation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work occasional late shifts
