Marketing Manager RF/SCS (GEM Region)

Pain Franchise

 

As SCS/RF Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing Pain portfolio in Growing Emerging Markets that includes 5 clusters (Turkey, Russia, South Africa, Middle East, South Eastern Europe). You’ll manage all local activities to help GEM Commercial Team and BSC partners to further develop SCS/RF portfolio, local markets, increase SCS/RF share in pain portfolio and increase SCS/RF therapy awareness in respective countries.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Managing a product based commercial strategy for the region, providing voice-of-the-customer marketing specifications to the GEM commercial Team, acting as primary point of contact for clinical and product support and actively engage in B2B sales activities to maximize revenue of RF franchise

• Developing and executing a comprehensive GEM launch plan and strategy for new products including developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams.

• Championing product commercialization activities across multiple internal and external groups such as GEM Commercial Team, distributors, agents and customers.

• Determining and leading market research to identify market needs and the corresponding product solution opportunities.

• Acquiring and analyzing feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, third party market research and internal stakeholders.

• Possessing an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in general and more specifically, the segments targeted by assigned products, including the motivators for action.

• Creating and implementing market development strategies to target key customers.

• Establishing relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

 

What we're looking for in you:

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Devices, preferably in both marketing and commercial roles

• Experience in commercializing healthcare products portfolio through new product launches and creation of product-based marketing strategy and execution plans

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

• Medical device experience with neurosurgical products preferred

• M.B.A. or advanced degree

• Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences preferred.

• Previous product/therapy management experience

• Ability to complete assignments of an advanced degree of complexity, working under minimum supervision on specific tasks or projects with alignment with Sales and Marketing team
