Purpose Statement

Supervise all Operational duties while working closely with our 3PL & BSC Team to ensure all targets are achieved and smooth Operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Reconciliation & Cycle count process.
• Work closing with Transportation team to plan Inbound & Outbound activity
• Lead the Localization activity with the 3PL and ensure that the team is always trained.
• Identify ways to improve the operation and introduce cost saving initiatives
• Achieve Audit Readiness with the QA Team for our DC
• Act as an effective liaison between various functions to establish working relationships which will drive business improvement in our DC service and quality
• Ensure a clean, secure, safe and well- organized WH.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse and operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Preferred skills in supervising a team
